Luxus have three operating units that combine to offer integrated polymer solutions.
We work in partnership with our customers, using all our skills and resources to deliver a customer orientated, high quality service.
As the company has grown each area has increased both in scope and size. We plan to house all the divisions in new purpose built facilities on our new three acre site in Louth, Lincolnshire.
We specialise in the development and supply of thermoplastic compounds, based on prime and/or recycled feedstocks, to meet customer specifications. Our compounding service covers both the processing of customers' own raw materials as well as Luxus own brand compounds based on a wide range of plastics materials and product enhancing additives.
We are one of the largest independent plastics recycling companies in the UK, producing 28,000+ tonnes of high-quality compound per year.
Today Luxus’ expertise covers closed and open loop Bin-2-Bin schemes, oil tank recycling, the recycling of automotive parts, exhibition carpet, pipe, film and rigid plastic materials.
Our on site technical centre has a comprehensive array of testing and analysis equipment. It is responsible for maintaining our quality system which is registered to ISO 9001:2000 and drives the development of all our polymer solutions. We have the capability to evaluate, formulate, test and successfully introduce additives to materials to modify polymers, thus converting recycled product into fully specified compounds suitable for a wide range of applications.
Central to our success is an ongoing investment in people, new processing technology and techniques.
